上个帖子MR 10万点被收回，没有买VGC，没有serve，说了被Amex收走10万点，但没有任何违规的，今天收到信了，10万点会还回来了。唉，真是曲折，累计打客服10小时。目前看如果你消费没有任何问题，投诉CFPB（Consumer Financial Protection Bureau）是最有效的方式，附上你的account summary，并解释刨除年费花到了3000块，大概不到一周就有了回复。直接打电话我觉得是没有用的，被转了3次supervisor，屁用没有，附上所有证据才好。买VGC和充serve的同学我觉得不太乐观，因为发现Amex是人工每比交易审核的。另外200刀airline credit算有效消费！我是因为这个原因被收回的。非常庆幸8月31号那天没有为了refund年费把所有Amex卡关了。

补充一下：是这个Customer Advocate Services Team，貌似处理这次收回事件。

you expect from American Express.

没有啊，有很多点数被收回说是因为提早关卡，为了200刀损失10w点和Amex关系不太值。

其实也不是每个人都充serve，买vgc的

好多人即使去发审核了消费不过关还是拿不回来吧？
万一amex报复顺便把他拉进黑名单就得不偿失了我觉得

算了一下，虽然我都是正当消费，但是不算airline credit的200刀的话只消费了3018刀，其中还包括一个amex offer反了20刀，减掉就少于3000刀了，万辛的是最后一个月想着刷一笔就冲了4.99刀的spotify会员。没充的话估计我的点也会被扣掉得撕逼
